Senior Project Consultant
As Senior Project Manager, Jacob drives Luoma’s project strategy and delivery planning, providing senior oversight across feasibility, commercial assessment, and quality frameworks.
With 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jacob combines deep hands-on knowledge with a strong focus on planning, commercial discipline, and risk control. His early involvement ensures decisions are well-informed before construction begins, reducing risk and improving certainty of outcome. Working closely with clients, designers, and Luoma’s delivery team, he keeps improving to make sure every project is commercially sound and delivered at a consistently high standard.
Jackson Emblem
Partner / Director / Construction Manager
As Construction Manager, Jackson leads Luoma’s on-site operations, overseeing day-to-day delivery, trade coordination, and construction performance across all active projects.
With over two decades of hands-on experience, Jackson brings a practical and disciplined approach to construction management, with a deep understanding of buildability, sequencing, and programme control. Working closely with consultants, trades, and Luoma’s management team, he ensures every project is delivered with the efficiency, precision, and consistency that Luoma’s clients and partners rely on.
Nikki Civitarese
Partner / Director / Senior Project Manager
As Director, Nikki brings strategic, commercial, and compliance expertise that strengthens Luoma’s governance, delivery frameworks, and operational standards across all projects.
With over 24 years of experience across construction, property, and infrastructure, Nikki holds unrestricted licences in construction and real estate across QLD, NSW, and WA. Notably, the first woman in Queensland to concurrently obtain an Open Builder’s Licence and Project Management Licence, she brings a proven track record spanning large-scale infrastructure, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring every Luoma project is delivered within a disciplined, well-structured framework.
